Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay while relocating, thanks to the helpful front desk staff and the overall accommodating atmosphere. The hotel was conveniently located near shopping and dining, which was a big plus. However, the dining area was a bit cramped, and I noticed that some areas, particularly furniture in the rooms, were in need of updating. Though my stay had its ups and downs, the manager's reception was a nice touch and added to the experience.
I had a solid stay at this hotel overall. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process easy and pleasant. The rooms are clean but not luxurious, which is expected for a Residence Inn. The location is pretty convenient, being close to shopping and dining options. However, there were some service shortcomings, like failing to address maintenance issues promptly, which impacted my experience.
The hotel is a decent choice with a clean and spacious room equipped with a kitchenette, making it great for longer stays. The breakfast bar is a highlight, especially thanks to the friendly staff who were willing to accommodate early meal times. However, the HVAC placement was a bit disruptive, and the dining area was often crowded during breakfast. Overall, the value for money was good, but some minor adjustments could enhance the experience.
The hotel has a fantastic staff who truly make you feel welcome, but it unfortunately falls short in terms of room quality and noise from the nearby airport. While it offers comfortable accommodations, the outdated decor and some cleanliness issues detract from the overall experience. Additionally, the location near various amenities is a plus, but the noise really impacts sleep quality.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel during my relocation, as the staff was incredibly accommodating and the atmosphere felt very much like home. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, which was perfect for my extended stay. However, the dining area was a bit cramped during peak times, and the noise from the plumbing in my room was less than ideal. Overall, it provided great value for the price.
